The Class of 2018 passing their “light” to the 7th grade at our Hope Ribbon Ceremony!

The Eighth grade class of St. Amelia School received their “Hope Ribbons” at a Mass this morning. Parents, faculty, parishioners and students from grades Kindergarten through grade 7 attended the ceremony. The Blue and Gold Hope Ribbon, our school colors, are a sign to all future graduates’ dedication and hard work.  They symbolize “Our Hope for the future…” and a sign and symbol of celebration.

The Hope Ribbon ceremony is just one of the many activities celebrated by the eighth grade class.  In the evening, a dinner dance will be held at Banchetti’s Banquet Facility for the students, their parents and faculty and staff of St. Amelia School.
