St. Amelia Scholarship Fund
St. Amelia School has a tuition assistance fund set up for parish families experiencing financial difficulty. The Tuition Board evaluates requests for tuition assistance from parish families with students in Kindergarten through Grade 8, and may grant special payment arrangements, reduction or waiver of tuition, based on financial need.
Please Note: The St. Amelia Tuition Board granted over $29,000 in Financial Aid for tuition assistance to parish families experiencing financial difficulty.
Bison Fund Scholarships
Families interested in St. Amelia School may be eligible to receive tuition assistance from the BISON Children’s Scholarship Fund. The BISON Fund is a privately funded tuition assistance program for economically eligible families with children entering grades K – 8.
With a maximum award of $1,900, this is a great opportunity for families who desire a private education for their children but may be unable to afford it. Contact the school office at 716-836-2230 or the BISON Fund at 716-854-0869 if you have any questions.
To be eligible you must meet income eligibility guidelines and reside in one of the following counties of Western New York: Allegheny, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming.
Scholarships are only for children entering kindergarten through the eight grade. We don’t have funding for pre-kindergarten or high school.
If you are currently receiving a scholarship in our program, you do NOT need to fill out a Pre-Application. Instead you will receive an email from the BISON Fund with renewal information.
