2018 Diocesan Track Meet

The St. Amelia School Track team competed at the Diocesan Track meet on Monday, May 14, at St. Francis High School. The Knights earned the team 2nd place honors for the overall team competition. Here are the athletes who earned ribbons:

1st Place – Boys 14U Relay – Noah Porhte, William Plewa, Jacob Colburn, Victor Mazzara,

1st Place – Girls 10U Relay – Oliva VanDewater, Addisyn VanDewater, Molly Bresnock, Lila Roeser,

4th Place – Girls 12U Relay – Camryn Johnson, Peyton Glor, Caroline Kanaley, Laura Pelligra,

1st Place – Girls 14U Relay – Julia Harrington, Sierra White Thompson, Rachel Hayek, Madison Esmond,

Boys 9U 80 yard Dash, 1st Place – Joseph Zenosky,

Girls 9U 80 yard Dash, 4th Place – Olivia VanDewater,

Girls 10U 80 yard Dash, 4th Place – Lila Roeser,

Girls 12U 80 yard Dash, 2nd Place – Julia Harrington,

Boys 13U 80 yard Dash -2nd Place – Victor Mazzara,

Girls 13U Dash, 1st Place – Madison Esmond,

Boys 14U Dash, 1st Place – Noah Porhte,

Boys 15U Running Long Jump, 2nd Place – Jacob Colburn,

Girls 15U Running Long Jump, 4th Place – Sierra White-Thompson,

Boys 13U Softball Throw, 3rd Place – William Plewa.

The team put in great work at practice preparing for the meet, and we are very proud of their accomplishments.   Congratulations to all our athletes who competed and their coaches, Mike Wojcicki and Kelly Metzger, for their 2nd place finish!
